Petty Officer Koundinya – Attended IGC – 2012 in August, Participated in Drill, & All India Navasainik Camp held at Vizag participated in Drill. Selected and participated in Pre RD – I, II, III, IV & V and Republic Day camp held at Delhi gave God of Honor to President of India.

Petty Officer Cadet M. Naresh – Attended IGC – 2012 in August, Participated in ship modeling won 2nd prize selected and participated in Pre RD – I, II, III, IV & V represented AP. Attended in Navasainik Traning camp participated in Ship modeling.

Dinesh – Attended IGC – 2012 in August at Vizag participated in Rigging won 2nd prize selected and participated Navasanik training and launching camp All India Navasainik camp represented AP. He selected for All India Yachting regatta – 2012 at INS Chilka, Orissa, represented AP and Achieved 4th place out of 17 directorates.

Leading Caded Vamshidhar Reddy – Attended All India Sea Attachment camp - 2012 held at Vizag to Mumbai Indian Naval Ship Jalashwa stayed in the ship for 10days. Amongst 68 cadets from all over India he had attended

Leading Cadet Vishal – Attended IGC held at Vizag – 2012 participated in Navasainik Training and launching.

Cadet Captain CH. Madhusudhan – Attended Inter Group Competition 2013 held at Vizag. Selected for All India Navasainki camp 2013 and 2nd best firer in AP directorate. Best cadet 2nd position represented AP directorate and attended Inter Unit Competition.

Petty Officer George S. Abraham – Attended IGC held at Vizag 2013, got 2nd Position in sailing, Selected for All India Navasainik camp, Selected and participated All India Yachting regatta 2013 held at INS Chilka, Orissa represented AP. Won 2nd position AP out of 17 directorates.

Petty Officer B. Srikanth - Attended IGC held at Vizag 2013, got 2nd Position in sailing, Selected for All India Navasainik camp, Selected and participated All India Yachting regatta 2013 held at INS Chilka, Orissa represented AP. Won 2nd position AP out of 17 directorates.

Leading Cadet Suresh – Attended All India Trekking camp held at Goa. Got 3rd position out of 17 directorates.

100 students have registered as volunteers for National Service Scheme for the academic year 2013-‘14.

Mr.D.Gnana Jyothiraj, Lecturer in Telugu is appointed as the new NSS Coordinator and approved by O.U. He also attended the training camp held at Science College, Saifabad from 13th to 18th September, 2013.

• An eye camp was organized for the students on 30th & 31st July, 2013 by Vasan Eye Care Centre.
• Blood Donation Camp was organized for the students on 24th Sep.’13 by Lions Club International, Hyderabad.
• The volunteers participated in the rally organized on 1st Dec.’13 being observed as World Aids Day.

10th December, 2013 was observed as Human Rights Day. Mr.D.Gnana Jyothiraj and Mr.Z.Naushad Alam addressed the gathering of NSS volunteers

A winter camp was conducted from 17th to 23rd January, 2014 at Govt. School at Madinaguda, Hyderabad. 30 NSS volunteers participated in the camp. The programs included clean and green program during which white washing of the compound wall was completed. Eye camp was conduncted. Dental check up camp was organized by Vasan organization. General medical camp was organized by V – Care Hospital. Literacy program was organized. Tree plantation was organized. Valedictary function was organized on 23rd Jan.’14 and certificates of participation and appreciation were distributed.
